Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us on Call/WhatsApp at 031-111-56684 or email us at customercare@jootishooti.com with the following details:
1. Name 2. Order number 3. New required product & Size 4. Old product 5. Reason for exchange 6. Clear photos or a short video of the pair
If your exchange is accepted, you can use any of the two options, within 7 days of receiving the product:
Option 1: Replacement (Exchange from home). Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep. The charge for this service is Rs. 300/- including a new box
In case you wish to exchange the item again after the initial exchange, a fee of Rs. 500 will apply.
Note: Please make a video of the product being handed over to the courier rider and share it with us as it helps us claim in case there is any shipment loss.
Option 2: Self Courier This service is free of cost. All you will be required is to mail us the pair via a traceable courier company that provides tracking number and proof such as TCS or Leopards along with a filled exchange form (Click here to download and print), unused product in original packaging at our address: JootiShooti, 13-S Commercial, 2nd Floor, Phase 2, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted so please contact us for eligibility/availability before you send us the pair. We reserve the right to decline exchanges on certain conditions. Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price only.
Please note all Sales are final, we do not offer cash refunds. However, in isolated cases which present the risk of the respective shopper complaint escalating with certain third parties (Payment Gateways), they reserve the right to take any necessary measure to de-escalate the situation and avoid reputational risk to both the vendor's brand as well as payment gateway's. These measures may include but are not limited to issuing refunds for the orders/products in question.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, please remember it can take some time for us to send back a new item depending on the availability of the product required.
