We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us on Call/WhatsApp at 031-111-56684 or email us at customercare@jootishooti.com with the following details:
1. Name 2. Order number 3. New required product & Size 4. Old product 5. Reason for exchange 6. Clear photos or a short video of the pair
If your exchange is accepted, you can use any of the two options, within 7 days of receiving the product:
Option 1: Replacement (Exchange from home). Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep. The charge for this service is Rs. 300/-.including a new box
In case you wish to exchange the item again after the initial exchange, a fee of Rs. 500 will apply.
Note: Please make a video of the product being handed over to the courier rider and share it with us as it helps us claim in case there is any shipment loss.
Option 2: Self Courier This service is free of cost. All you will be required is to mail us the pair via a traceable courier company that provides tracking number and proof such as TCS or Leopards along with a filled exchange form (Click here to download and print), unused product in original packaging at our address: JootiShooti, 13-S Commercial, 2nd Floor, Phase 2, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan, +92-311-1156684
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted so please contact us for eligibility/availability before you send us the pair. We reserve the right to decline exchanges on certain conditions. Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price only.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, please remember it can take some time for us to send back a new item depending on the availability of the product required.
- All Sales are final, we do not provide any cash refunds.
- If a price is reduced during a sales promotion, exchanges will only be processed at the new, discounted price.
- If a different product is being sent for exchange then normal delivery charges are applicable along with the price differential.
- Items that are used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are not applicable on Limited Edition Designs/ Designs which will not be restocked.
- Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
- If the claim is accepted, a store credit/ coupon of equal value will be issued. This store credit/ coupon can only be redeemed online.
- Claims and exchanges may require 2–3 weeks for processing.
- Accessories, including jewelry, bags, clutches, cannot be exchanged.
- If a discount code was applied during the original purchase, it cannot be reused on the exchanged item. Exchanges will be processed at the original invoice value, and no promotional codes will be reissued.
- For COD orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance or security deposit may be required.
- For International Orders, we do not offer exchanges/refunds.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Retail Store/Exhibition Purchases Exchange/Return Policy
Due to the nature of pop-up events and limited-time collections, items bought at exhibitions are not eligible for exchange or refund. The same applies to retail as well. Please try your pair at the stall and confirm size and comfort before purchasing. Items bought in-store/Exhibition are not applicable for refund.
General Shipping Information
All of our local orders are handled and delivered through Pakistan’s most trusted logistics companies with a wide delivery network for shipment purposes. We offer both COD (Cash on Delivery) and non-COD options nationwide. Please specify the preferred option at the time of placing the order.
For international orders, we have tied up with the best logistic partners to handle and deliver your orders. Please select the country at the time of placing the order to know the delivery charges for your respective location.

Order Confirmation and Shipping
As soon as the order is placed, you receive an email, please ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of placing the order. You will receive a WhatsApp message or call for order confirmation only incase there is an issue with your order such as incomplete address, product unavailability, please be sure to reply to that. Once we receive your order, if all information is provided, your order is sent for processing. You are provided with the tracking ID for your shipment and any other assistance you may require.
Please note we do not require order confirmation from our regular customers, their order is directly sent for processing once its received.
To ensure smooth order processing and prevent delays, any unpaid order placed on our website with a value of Rs. 20,000/- or above will require an advance payment.
Customers must either:
1. Pay 50% of the total order value upfront, or
2. Settle the full amount in advance
Orders will only be processed and fulfilled upon receipt of the advance payment. This policy is in place to maintain efficient operations and serve our customers better.

Delivery Time
Each pair ordered is hand-made with love and care. Please note that the delivery time varies based on the design and size availability of the order placed.
For items in stock, your order is dispatched in 1-2 business days of confirming the order (Local and International).
For Made to order designs, your order is dispatched after 5-7 business days of confirming the order (Local and International). This timeline may change depending on the orders so in case you have any urgency do reach out to us on WhatsApp, instagram or Facebook.
For out of stock design or size, or customized orders, delivery time will be communicated over phone/email address provided by our team member, but generally it takes 3-4 weeks for us to dispatch your products (Local and International).

Once your order is dispatched, it will reach you within 3-4 business days. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
For Express Shipment of instock items, please note the delivery charges would be different from standard charges. We use third party retail network to send you your order therefore the minimum charges start from Rs.500/- Please reach out to us via email at customercare@jootishooti.com or WhatsApp us at 031-111-56684 to know the exact amount payable on your shipment. Products sent through Express Shipment will not have our own boxes due to logistical constraints. Such Express Shipments delivery timeline may also vary, for Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot it is usually 2 business days but for the rest of the cities the timeline may vary.
Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays or any lockdown in the city/country.

Packaging: Please note that if you have ordered more than one pair, they might come in a single box. For example, you have ordered 2 Khussas and 2 Loafers. The Khussas will be sent in one box and each loafer will come in a separate box. For products that take less space, we try to send them together to avoid any damage during delivery transit.

If you wish to have your order mailed to you in a shoe box, please note that volumetric weight will be applied hence extra shipping charges might be applicable.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These are to be borne by the customer. JootiShooti has no control over these charges, nor can JootiShooti predict what they may be.

JootiShooti would be pleased to customise any pair of JootiShooti for you on request. Customisation can be done in terms of size (under Euro 36/6 and over Euro 42/12), colour, fabric or design. Customisation charges will apply depending on the type and extent of customisation requested for.

JootiShootis are hand-crafted with authentic leather and vegan leather of utmost quality that will take the shape of your feet. So the more you wear them, the better they fit!
JootiShootis don’t have a left or right pair. Both pairs fit in either foot.
Before the first wear, you can also line your khussas with mustard or coconut oil and leave it to dry for a day, this will further soften the leather.
Paints used are water-resistant and do not come off (unless with rough usage).
All embellishments are glued and stitched on to the pairs.
For shoes with leather sole or upper, it is best to avoid getting them wet.
You may use a slightly damp cloth to wipe any dirt off your pair followed by drying them under mild sunlight.
Having used the JootiShootis all day, store them in the cloth bag or shoe box that the shoes came in.
Please note that all pairs with any leather used on them must be stored in a cloth bag or shoe box to avoid them from getting any mould or mildew. It may develop due to the perspiration that develops while wearing or from moisture in storage space. Make sure your pair of shoes is dry when stored.
As per company policy, we do not entertain return, cancellation and refund requests.
For Local orders, we accept COD, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer and Credit Card Payment. Our customers can also pay in installments using BaadMay (A shariah compliant buy now pay later service). How do I pay with BaadMay?
If you have an account with BaadMay, simply select BaadMay at Checkout and follow the simple
steps to pay with the service.
● Online
○ On the checkout page, click on the BaadMay option to select BaadMay as your preferred payment method. You will be redirected to BaadMay’s Web App.
○ If you are a new user, you will have to enter your name, number and CNIC. If you
are a returning user, you can simply login with your phone number and t-pin.
○ Review the invoice and payment plan, the following payment dates your
installments will be charged on and their amount. Your first installment is paid at the time of purchase.
○ Add a credit or debit card as your payment method to continue.
○ Once your information is correct and you’ve reviewed it, you may enter your t-pin to confirm payment and you are good to go!
How do I make a payment?
Once you make a purchase, the first payment is charged immediately and all future payments are set to auto-pay. Unless your card on file has any issues, all future payments are made monthly. Reminders for overdue installments are sent via the BaadMay app to notify customers.
For more information on your payments, payments history, or purchase limits, navigate to the Purchases tab in the BaadMay app.
What happens if I cannot pay on time or need to change my date?If you are unable to clear your payments timely, you can contact Customer Care for further assistance before your next payment is due. If your payment date is overdue, you will not be able to make any further transactions via BaadMay until the previous balance is cleared.
How do I know I have been approved to make a purchase?
For all payments with BaadMay, the service provides instant response to approval. In case your
payment is declined, refer to the details stated or contact BaadMay Customer Support for more
information.
What products are eligible for purchase via BaadMay?
Eligible purchases include only physical products sold or services by authorized BaadMay
Merchants. This Policy does not cover the following ineligible areas of purchase:
● Digital or downloadable goods
● Customized or personalized products
● Cash-equivalents events, vouchers, or travel services
● Unlawful or illegal item
● Items that violate our ethics code
There are no restrictions applied apart from these applicable towards any product categories for goods/services, in case of further concerns contact BaadMay Customer Support.
Who is eligible to make purchases with BaadMay?
Everyone is welcome to make any purchase with the BaadMay service.
What happens to my payments when I request a return/refund or cancel an order?
Product return and exchange policies applicable are specific to the Merchant and the merchant’s Customer Support can assist you better with all such purchase and delivery issues. If monetary refunds are initiated by the merchant, the customer must reach out to BaadMay Customer Support to complete the process. All refund requests are processed within 2 working days, specific to the customer’s bank it may take 7-14 days
to show up in a customer account.
User Default Policy
In the case of a default on installment payments, your service will automatically be paused until overdue installments are cleared.
